Headquartered in Lebanon, our Middle East team has delivered work in Bahrain, Dubai, Egypt, Kuwait, and Qatar. Our areas of specialism are HR (conflict resolution, performance management, organizational review / design and entrepreneur / intrapreneur ecosystems. As an approved Tamkeen partner, we have spoken in Bahrain to aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners whilst, in Dubai we run our Business Clinics. The majority of our work is in Qatar but, with the ability to deliver in various languages, we welcome discussions that cover the entire Middle East.
Our work in Africa includes the development of The African Gateway and a comprehensive, joined-up, “all-in-one” solution that connects skills development and guided transition, into existing local / national / global initiatives.
In 2013, our work in Europe has centered on intrapreneurship – this has included advice, consultancy and training in this exciting aspect of organizational transformation.
Neil is a Senior Partner spending time between the Middle East, Europe and the Americas. He is the author of ‘Kill Your Salesman‘, ‘Crack On‘ and ‘Boost! Enabling Intrapreneurs’. He speaks and advises internationally on the subjects of intrapreneurship, performance management, corporate communications and corporate effectiveness.
Michelle is a Senior Partner focusing on the operations management of Spark. With a background in education that includes internal and external verification, Michelle assures the quality of Spark’s learning & development programs; co-ordinating with ILM with regards to the certification of our training.
Carol is a Senior HR Consultant with 17 years’ experience in Human Capital Management, Organizational Development and HR Consultancy.Based in the Middle East, Carol is fluent in Arabic and English. Her areas of specialism include organizational design, performance management, strategic planning, change management and HR operations.
Elias is a Senior HR Consultant with over 22 years’ experience in the field of Management & HR. Fluent in Arabic, English and French, he specializes in performance management; change management; organizational design. He is a co-author of e-books and workshops on performance management as well as emotional intelligence and conflict resolution.
Gaby is a Senior HR Consultant with over 20 years’ experience in the field of management. Fluent in Arabic and English, he specializes in change management; job analysis & job families; strategic planning; and performance management. He is the co-author of e-books and workshops on performance management as well as emotional intelligence and conflict resolution.
Nigel is a the Spark Country Manager based in Africa, focusing on the development of SEEA – our enterprise and employability academy. With a background in the armed forces and the British public sector, Nigel also has extensive experience of Intensive Fostering – working with disconnected young people and reintegrating them back into society.
Roger is a Senior Associate with over 40 years’ experience as an entrepreneur, director, business and performance coach, personal development coach and mentor across a variety of business sectors. Since 1997 he has worked with professional and elite amateur golfers in the field of mind management. He has worked with 8 European Tour winners including 1 Major champion, 2 Ryder Cup winners and several winning individual and team amateurs.
Robin is a Senior Associate with an extensive business background before specializing coaching, mentoring, and soundboarding. His financial sector experience includes RBS, Barclays, Lloyds Banking Group, Standard Life, National Australia Group, Aegon, Morgan Stanley, TescoBank, and Capita.
